Very disappointed as booked a deluxe room but it was more like a standard room advertised a mini bar yes there was but it was empty. Room very dark the breakfast was buffet but most of the hot food was not hot. The only good thing about this hotel was the friendly staff.

After a very long flight, I was here with my partner for just 2 nights. We were exhausted and mailed them before we arrived. Check-in service was ok but no one took us to our room. We carried our luggage to our room and when we have been walking to our room a very bad smell started to appear, it was like smoking and food smell. The room was clean. BUT, the air conditioner was TERRIBLE. You can see and breathe dust in the air. We couldn't stand for 5 minutes and went to reception to change our room. They said we don't have any rooms available right now but if you can wait for 10 minutes, we can put an ozone filter on the air conditioner (why didn't they make this in the first place?) . We said ok and waited after this operation the air was a little bit better and we had no other choice to change our room, so we stayed. It was a very bad experience for me because the whole night I couldn't sleep because of no clean air and the weather was very cold I couldn't keep the terrace door open. At some point I slept and then 5 am I woke up with an Arabic song coming to our next door. It was like no walls between rooms. After staying there my nose was blocked for a week and had chest pain. By the way, I am young and have no medical condition. The ceiling design really keeps the dust and the air condition also gives very dusty air to the room. I think they know the problem and most of their customers complain about the same issue and they say 'ok lets put an ozone filter' to everyone....

Lovely hotel, with really welcoming & friendly staff. Girl at the front desk is fab & all the guys are really helpful. The restaurant upstairs is beautiful & views oversea the entire city. Beds are very comfortable, rooms are immaculate & the breakfast was lovely. Would recommend highly & am coming back again in January :)

The rooms are ok but not clean, parking around this hotel is not available. The staff is not helpful and the services are terrible. They charge 15 lira for a coffee and you can barely drink it. There are much better hotels available around this area.

We arrived to hotel after 8 hours of driving the car and we were tired enough, but when we went upstairs we found out that the card couldn’t unlock the door, we had to go back and ask for help. When we finally entered the room it turned out the the balcony door also didn’t work properly. The cleanliness of the room also could be better. It was a little bit dusty. There were also no shower gels as I used to see in other hotels and the towels had some dirty spots on them. However the breakfast at cafe in the lounge zone was tasty and the view from the room was also awesome.
